We do not use the word "full-stack" lightly. Each of these components exists as working code, accompanied by external evidence (priority patent filing, unit-test results, on-device verification logs) that can be shared with diligence partners under appropriate agreements.
Claims-adjuster career — a sense of numbers
The founder served as a licensed claims adjuster (a Korean national certification) for approximately 10 years through April 2026. Claims adjustment is the discipline of objectively and quantitatively evaluating insured losses — daily training in reducing ambiguous qualitative judgments to defensible quantitative metrics.
That experience maps directly to the core of this business — the 9-axis quantification of Korean cuisine flavor. Designing evaluation systems that hold up against disputes (objectivity, fairness, reproducibility, defensible documentation) is not intuition that a purely engineering background easily supplies.
Franchise Transaction Specialist — Korea's national certification
The Franchise Transaction Specialist (가맹거래사) is the only nationally certified credential for the franchise field in Korea, with roughly 80 new credential holders annually. Under Korea's franchise law, feasibility review and franchisee training can be legally performed only by a Franchise Transaction Specialist.
This business rests on a three-party (head restaurant – franchisee – franchisor) legal structure, and having that legal expertise inside the founder — rather than outsourced — is a structural difference from most general AI startups.
The combination
Full-stack engineering · numeracy · franchise legal qualification — it is uncommon for these three to converge in one person. That convergence is the reason this business can be designed as an integrated system across industry, law, and operations, rather than as a standalone AI demo.
