01 How the Business Works (4 Pillars)

No single party can run this business alone. It works only when four parties each take on what they do best and fit together. At the center, the operator is responsible for the cooking AI and the system; the head restaurant brings the flavor, the master partner handles local operations and the franchisee runs the store, all in one connected flow.

How the four parties fit together

Korea Korea Head restaurant
deep flavor · help with high-quality footage
our company Operator AI development · operations · matching
U.S. U.S. Master Partner local operations · management
the AI cooking-learning system we build local recruiting · operations · management · supply · sales
U.S. local Franchisee
Regular retraining keeps the taste the same, so the head restaurant's authenticity carries all the way to local stores.
01

Operator

our company

Leads the U.S. expansion of authentic Korean restaurants from Korea. Develops and runs the cooking AI, and pairs head restaurants with the right master partners to put contracts in place.

ResponsibilityBuilds an AI learning system that even franchisees new to cooking can learn from.

02

Head restaurant

Korea

Its deep, traditional flavor, kept up over many years, is where this business begins.

ResponsibilitySets aside time to help us capture the high-quality footage that the AI learns from.

03

Master Partner

U.S.

Plays the decisive role locally, deciding the direction of interiors, operations and branding together with the operator.

ResponsibilityCommits real people and systems to run multiple stores directly or to recruit and manage franchisees, takes charge of ingredient supply and sales, and gets the brand established locally.

04

Franchisee

local

Runs their own store with trust in the brand and real affection for it, under the master partner's guidance and management.

ResponsibilityCommits to the AI cooking lessons and keeps the head restaurant's taste through regular retraining.

If any one of them is missing, the flow breaks. That's why we designed the system and the relationships together, so each party can fully play its part.

Each party's specific role and terms are set only in a formal contract.

02 For Priority Partners: What Joining Early Means

In the U.S. market, getting the first launch right matters most. So both sides choose carefully: the first brand and the master partner who will run it. And when a partnership that starts this way does well locally, the next step follows naturally.

What it means to join early

  1. 01

First in, first to take root

The first brand in a category takes root in the U.S., and it takes that first step together with the master partner running it there.

  2. 02

    Trust, proven

A track record of successfully establishing a brand locally is trust proven by results, not words.

  3. 03

    What comes next, together

Building on that trust, it's only natural that we'd talk to you first about the next brand or another country.

So it's an easy case to bring to your company

For the person handling this at a master partner company, it's an easy proposal to get approved: proven demand for authentic Korean food, no cost to the head restaurant, and an opportunity that grows the earlier you join. Weighing the business factors, we believe your company is quite likely to give the go-ahead. Don't hold back; make the case with confidence. It could be your first step to being recognized inside your company as the one who proposed a successful project.

03 No Burden, No Obligation

Since this starts remotely, you may wonder, “Could this commit me to something?” So here are the plain facts: a partnership is only an expression of interest, and the head restaurant pays nothing.

A partnership is an expression of interest, not a legal obligation

  1. 1

    Expressing interest

A partnership simply says, “I'm interested in this business.” The application's required checkboxes also state it isn't legally binding.

  2. 2

    Matching and talks

We pair a well-matched head restaurant and master partner and talk through terms and direction at length: a no-pressure way to explore.

  3. 3

    Formal contract

Only here does anything become legally binding. Until then, if you change your mind, you simply don't sign.

    legally binding from here

No legal obligation arises at the partnership stage. This isn't something we came up with; it's simply the nature of an MOU.

The head restaurant's costs: who pays?

  • Legal review of the contract Covered by the operator
  • AI learning system and infrastructure Covered by the operator
  • Partnership and overseas expansion costs Covered by the operator
So across the whole partnership and overseas expansion, the head restaurant pays $0

The head restaurant only needs to bring one thing: the deep flavor built over many years.

04 Gauging U.S. Consumer Demand: What the Roster 'Likes' Mean

Each head restaurant card on our partnerships page has a small heart. We plan to bring U.S. consumers to this site through various channels, and the heart lets them say, “I'd love to see this place in America.” It helps us gauge early which head restaurants are most anticipated there.

How it works

  1. 1

    Visiting from the U.S.

Our server checks where you're connecting from, and the heart works only in the U.S. Your connection alone decides it, with no sign-in or input needed.

  2. 2

Heart the head restaurants you like

On the head restaurant cards on our partnerships page, tap the heart on places you'd love to see in the U.S.

  3. 3

Up to 3 per person, no undo

Up to three per person. To capture what people really want, not a casual ‘like’, a choice can't be undone.

  4. 4

    Demand that builds quietly

Each head restaurant's count is never shown on the website. To avoid comparisons between restaurants, only the operator sees the figures.

Why can't I tap it from Korea?

Because the goal is to read U.S. market demand: interest where the brands will actually open, not Korean preferences. So the server checks where each visitor is connecting from, and the heart opens only in the U.S. Since where the interest comes from is what counts, that check happens on the server, not on your screen.
