Systems built by the founder
The founder is personally building almost every technical part of this business.
- Server and database: a Ktor backend with 13 domains and the PostgreSQL schema
- On-device AI: Gemini Nano, YOLOX-S (W8A16, NPU) and OSNet x0.25 (LiteRT), integrated
- Galaxy XR module: passthrough camera, AR overlay and Jetpack XR (Compose for XR)
- Operations: the admin site for the franchisor and this company website
We don't use the word "full-stack" lightly. Each of these parts exists as working code, kept together with supporting records (the priority specification for our patent filing, unit-test results and real-device test logs) in a form that can be shown to outside parties.
A claims adjuster's career: a feel for numbers
Until April 2026, the founder worked for about 10 years as a licensed claims adjuster, a Korean national qualification. Claims adjusting means assessing the loss from an insured accident objectively and in numbers. It was daily practice in turning vague, qualitative judgments into measurable figures backed by evidence.
That experience ties directly to the core of this business: measuring the elements of Korean flavor on nine axes. Knowing how to design an assessment that is objective, fair and repeatable, and how to present the results so they don't lead to disputes, is an instinct an engineering background alone rarely gives.
Franchise Transaction Specialist: Korea's national franchise credential
The Franchise Transaction Specialist (가맹거래사) is Korea's only national credential in the franchise field, and a rare one: only about 80 people qualify each year. Under Korea's Franchise Act, only a Franchise Transaction Specialist may legally carry out business feasibility reviews and the education and training of franchisees.
At the heart of this business is the legal relationship among three parties: the head restaurant, the franchise location and the franchisor. That the founder personally brings the legal grounding and expertise to design that relationship is what fundamentally sets us apart from other startups.
